Introduction to the job To strengthen the chemistry and materials science competence, ASML Research is looking for an Surface Chemist /Catalysis Scientist who can add value to the understanding and development of chemical reactions at the surfaces. Job Mission ASML is seeking a scientist with expertise in surface chemistry, catalysis and reaction mechanisms at solid-gas and solid-liquid interfaces. In this role, you will investigate chemical processes occurring on material surfaces, understand degradation and contamination mechanisms, and develop solutions for future lithography applications.
