Your Role at Eye Lead and Own MSP Partnerships: Manage the complete channel portfolio, recruit new partners, coach and develop your team, and scale operations to drive channel-led revenue growth. Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and execute partner business plans, design co-sell strategies, and create partner enablement programs. Improve Channel Strategy: Redefine processes for partner recruitment, onboarding, and management, particularly in new markets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, execution plans, and resource allocation.
