What we offer A full-time position (40 hours) in shifts (06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00) Salary in CAO scale 8: between €3,100 and €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, with growth opportunities up to €4,580, depending on experience Travel allowance Shift allowance (+30% for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00) 8% holiday allowance 25 vacation days, expandable up to 39 days for a full-time position Participation in our Supervisor Academy: a learning programme focused on leadership, personal growth and coaching skills An inclusive organisation…
