About the role The Content Coordinator (CC) plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day work of the content teams. This includes managing activities related to product setup and contracts, as well as coordinating with vendors responsible for liaising with continuity publications’ editors/authors. The CC also supports the acquisition of content for assigned continuity products. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage contracts and Consent to Publish (CTP) forms with authors and editors, ensuring they are signed by KLI, returned to the authors/editors, and filed appropriately. Ensure proper setup and maintenance of products in systems by handling internal distribution of plannings, pricefixings and bulk orders.…
