While developing a strong foundation in Front Office operations, you will also work closely with the Front Office leadership team, gaining valuable insight into the operational and managerial aspects of running a luxury hotel. You will perform all Front Desk Agent tasks, including completing daily checklists, handling check-ins and check-outs, working with the Opera Property Management System, and assisting guests with a wide variety of requests.…
