As Teamlead Project Management, you are responsible for leading and developing the Project Management team while driving improvements in project management processes, planning, communication, and operational performance. Thereby you facilitate the continued growth of the department and increase the effectiveness of the organization. Responsibilities and tasks: Leading, coaching and developing the Project Management team. Improving and standardizing project management processes, such as scoping, project monitoring, communication, reporting mechanisms. Develop and maintain forecasting processes for project demand.
