We are seeking a data-driven Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to own and accelerate on-site and in-app conversion performance across our dual sided marketplace (booking for marketplace, lead generation for SaaS). Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will design, run, and scale a structured experimentation programme across 14 markets, multiple languages, and multiple products, turning customer behaviour insights into measurable revenue impact. This role carries a dual objective: Conversion growth: Build and execute a continuous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap to improve conversion across the full B2C customer journey, from acquisition to booking.…
