We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef for our passenger vessel, KING SEAWAYS, which operates on the Amsterdam-Newcastle route. Be part of the movement - and play your part. SOUS CHEF – GALLEY We are looking for the right candidate for the position as Sous Chef on our passenger vessel KING SEAWAYS, that sails between Amsterdam and Newcastle. Onboard we have 2 restaurants with a wide range of menus. Our buffet restaurant Explorers Kitchen, provides both breakfast and an international dinner buffet for several hundred guests every day. The Ala Carte restaurant North Sea Bistro serves everything from steak to delicious fish. We also cater for approximately 150 crew members in our mess-room, where we serve international and local dishes, 3 times pr day.…
