You will be the driving force behind the people function at Channable, at a moment when we're scaling fast and want our culture to scale right alongside us. As Head of People & Culture, you’ll be reporting directly to our CEO, Rob van Nuenen, and sit on the management team. You'll lead our P&C team: Talent Acquisition, HR, Employee Experience, and People Operations, with team leads reporting to you directly. Channable has always had a vibrant, informal, and positive culture. Your mission is to evolve that as we grow, while building a high-performance sports team, an analogy we often refer to.
