Job Description Summary As the Netherlands HR Country Leader and Senior HR Business Partner, you will shape and execute the people strategy for our Eindhoven manufacturing site, our Hoevelaken sales and service office and our Radiopharmacies, while providing HR leadership across the Netherlands. You will partner closely with business and site leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help leaders navigate change, strengthen culture, and achieve business goals in a complex global environment.
