We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Credit and Collections Analyst to join our Global Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, supporting credit and collections activities, and ensuring timely payment of invoices. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues, minimize overdue receivables, and support the organization's cash flow objectives. Location: Arnhem(hybrid) Shift: Monday, Thursday, and Friday (Work from Home): 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Tuesday and Wednesday (Office-Based): 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Administers credit and collections programs following established procedures.
