As Lead Skills, you will play a pivotal role in transforming NN into a skills-based organisation, ensuring that skills are embedded as a core component of our people strategy. You will be the business owner of the enterprise skills framework, responsible for defining, governing, and embedding skills as a core building block of our workforce planning and talent practices. You will ensure a consistent and future-focused approach to skills across NN, connecting business strategy, workforce needs, and employee development.
