Your impact Mollie is growing, and soon doubling in size. How we operate as a company matters more now than it ever has. As Head of Ways of Working, you will own building the next version of the operating model in collaboration with leadership at Mollie and the Extended Leadership team (ELT). That means defining how domains and teams are structured, how they communicate, how they share information, and how they hold themselves to a consistent standard. This is not a process role. It is a leadership role with real influence across the entire company.
