The HR People Partner Netherlands (m/f/d) is responsible for owning and delivering the local associate experience across the Netherlands from Cytiva Medemblik Site. This role brings HR strategies to life on the ground by enabling people leaders, supporting associates, and ensuring consistent, compliant activation of global HR initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs). This position is part of the global HR People Partner Team and will report to the People Partner EMEA role. It is located in Medemblik and will be an on-site role.
