The role combines complaint investigation, complaint process ownership, vigilance reporting support, trend monitoring, and preparation of post-market surveillance documentation. Your role: Investigate customer complaints, adverse events and product performance issues. Perform complaint intake review, duplicate assessments, coding verification and root cause investigations.
