Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects. • Prepare and present progress reviews and reports to senior management. • Liaise with key stakeholders to review project progress, identify risks, and support proactive problem-solving. • Establish and manage project schedule resource requirements across all phases — pre-construction, construction, and commissioning. • Create and maintain progress reporting tools to monitor the achievement of project goals and milestones. • Provide performance updates and variance reports, identifying corrective actions where required.…
