As a Carrier Specialist within the Transport Control Tower of DHL Supply Chain in Eindhoven, you play a key role in managing and optimising the performance of our transport carriers. By analysing performance data, monitoring KPIs and building strong relationships with our carriers, you directly contribute to the quality of our transport services and help our customers achieve and improve their desired service levels.
