What you will do Partner with the Head of Digitalization and the IT Management Team on all matters related to people, organizational structure, and leadership. Own and drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, employee development, and retention strategies. Proactively ensure the right resources with the required skills are identified, assessed, selected, and recruited to support Nexperia’s business needs. Own, manage, and accurately report workforce planning activities for assigned businesses and the broader operations organization.
