As a Senior Mechanic at our Propulsion Workshop you will be responsible for the overhaul, repair, assemble and upgrade of all types of marine propulsion systems such as Controllable Pitch Propellers, Tunnel and Steerable Thrusters, Oil Supply Units, etc. On each assigned project you shall use Wärtsilä manuals, instructions, drawings and procedures. You will have the chance to work in a technically interesting environment within the maritime industry. As a Senior Mechanic you will be part of our Propulsion Workshop team existing of 20 propulsion professionals. What are your main tasks and responsibilities? You will work on disassembly, inspection, assembly and testing of complete propulsion installations and components.…
