We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing initiatives across Pearl Abyss titles in the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and is passionate about improving marketing performance through data, forecasting and continuous optimization. You will join a lean but dedicated team working across multiple communities, platforms and games such as Black Desert, Crimson Desert and upcoming releases such as DokeV and PLAN 8.
