Cyprus — Onsite (employment contract with relocation support) What will you do: Own and evolve the BaaS platform roadmap (3, 6, and 12-month horizons) with a focus on partner adoption, integration ease, and revenue growth Define product direction aligned with the company North Star (30% growth in active BaaS partners) Build and scale the BaaS API and partner ecosystem to support partner growth and transaction volumes Design and own the partner onboarding experience — from API documentation to SDKs, sandbox environments, and integration support Identify technical bottlenecks in partner integration flows and reduce friction (time-to-integrate, complexity, support burden) Work closely with Engineering to understand multi-tenant architecture, scaling constraints, and integration capabilities…
