About the role Imagine leading the insurance strategy behind one of the fastest-growing aerospace and defense companies in Europe. As Senior Insurance Manager, you lead the Group Insurance framework end-to-end strategy, governance, renewals, claims, broker management and risk-aligned program design. You ensure full compliance, operational excellence and resilient protection across the Group and act as the central insurance authority, steering internal and external stakeholders and driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and standards.
