MAIN PURPOSE The RLGE Logistics Solutions Design & Process Improvement Manager provides support on a diverse portfolio of (cross-functional) Projects and Processes across the RLGE scope. The role is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing improvement initiatives within logistics operations, systems, and ways of working, with the objective of driving efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement. The job holder acts as the regional link between Group Logistics and the local operations, ensuring the effective roll-out of Group initiatives and the sharing of regional best practices.
