As Portfolio Manager within HR Strategy & Change, you play a central role in ensuring that our HR portfolio remains aligned with business priorities, strategic outcomes, and available capacity. You are the orchestrator of the HR governance and portfolio management cycle. You help HR leadership make informed decisions by providing transparency on priorities, progress, value delivery, risks, dependencies, and performance.
