For our warehouse in Veghel, of approximately 25 employees, we are looking for an Operations Manager who enjoys being close to the shop floor and plays a key role in strengthening operational performance and continuous improvement. How you create impact In this role, you are accountable for leading the daily warehouse operation, developing your team, and continuously improving processes to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation. Manage and continuously optimize daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and throughput. Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 25 warehouse employees.
