As Manager Project Management, you are responsible for leading and developing the Project Management team while driving improvements in project management processes, planning, communication, and operational performance. You facilitate the continued growth of the department, increase effectiveness of the organization and prepare the organization for the transition to our new facility where multiple Business Units will be located. Responsibilities and tasks: Leading, coaching and developing the Project Management team. Improving and standardizing project management processes, such as scoping, project monitoring, communication, reporting mechanisms. Develop and maintain forecasting processes for project demand.…
