Finance Manager __ Your Role and Responsibilities Kickstart your career with purpose. As part of ABB’s Global Early Talent Program in Finance, you won’t be observing—you’ll be contributing from day one. You will be based in Rotterdam, within our Marine & Ports division, where innovation and sustainability come together. Here, you’ll work on solutions that prepare ports and vessels for the energy transition—combining technology, business, and impact in a truly international environment. The program starts 01.10.2026 and consists of three rotations designed to accelerate your growth: Nine months in your home country to build your foundation Six months abroad to expand your perspective and international network Nine months back home to deepen your expertise and transition into your next role…
