Financial Manager (Mandarin Chinese Speaking) Job Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands (Full time, On-site) Main Responsibilities: - Serve as a strategic Finance Business Partner to the business, supporting business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes end-to-end. - Own the preparation of account and project-level budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. - Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and proactively drive corrective actions to meet targets. - Review contract clauses and commercial terms; partner with sales and legal teams to negotiate customer agreements that minimize financial, tax, and cash flow risk.…
