Your new job | About your main responsibilities As a Manager Global Business Services (GBS) Continuous Improvement (CI), you’ll be part of the GBS Transformation team, possibly with a focus on Consumer Product, Pharma and Specialty Chemical. You will advise clients on how to continuously improve their GBS operations. You will lead project workstreams, shape practical recommendations and help clients build continuous improvement capabilities, methods, tools and governance that deliver measurable gains in efficiency, quality, controls, user experience and cost-to-serve.
