Your Role as a Onsite IT Support Engineer: As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems.
