Introduction to the role The TWINSCAN Factory (TF) is responsible for the production of ASML lithography systems including planning and logistics. A place where we strive to be the role model Lean Factory where quality comes first but where safety goes before all. At Motion factory we ensure production and competence development of performance critical, litho-specific actuators. Our work guarantees availability of next level actuators for ASML’s products. We also manufacture coil assemblies and magnet yokes. We contribute to all business lines of ASML, we are organized as a competence and organizationally part of TWINSCAN Factory.
