Your impact The Planning & Analysis domain empowers the organisation with accurate, granular insights and drives proactive decision making that stays aligned with our growth plans and cost envelope. This role is fundamental in connecting long term workforce strategy to daily execution. You will translate hiring, attrition and spend signals into clear guidance for the People & Places (P&P) team, talent acquisition and the business leaders they support. You will be the trusted business partner and numbers person for P&P leadership, helping them prioritise where to focus and how to measure success. What you'll ship Own how Mollie tracks, measures and forecasts headcount, including the headcount model, hiring plan, attrition and open role view, and the link between headcount and budget.…
