About the role As an HR Business Analyst, you will play a key role in DP World's HR Transformation programme across Europe, supporting the standardisation, simplification, and automation of HR processes across a diverse and complex regional business environment. Working closely with HR teams, project stakeholders, and business leaders across multiple European locations, you will help assess current ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement, and design scalable HR processes that support both business and employee needs.
