Introduction to the job ASML is establishing a People Data Management capability to ensure a further step up in the way we make sure that our HR data is trusted, governed, secure, and ready to support business decision-making, workforce analytics, digital transformation, and future AI applications. As a People Data Management Specialist, you will play a key role in building and operating this capability. The capability is part of the People Analytics team. You will act as the bridge between People Analytics and HR business, systems and process colleagues, as well as enterprise Data Management functions.
