For an Empowered Product Team (EPT) within a strategic transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Conversational Data Scientist. In this role, you develop and optimize dynamic chat interactions on our new conversational platform (SanneGPT) and ensure that customers are effectively helped within two minutes. As a Conversational Data Scientist, you are responsible for developing, training, and improving AI-driven conversational flows. You combine data science, AI, and conversational design to answer customer questions smartly, quickly, and correctly.
