Broadpin is seeking a Junior First Line Support professional to join our Western Europe team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in IT support and looking to develop their skills in a dynamic international environment. As a Junior First Line Support technician, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in resolving IT-related issues, providing timely and effective assistance. You will work closely with senior team members to escalate and resolve more complex problems.
