The EMEA Customer Fulfilment Specialist Monitors the E2E Quote to Invoice process and manages critical exceptions and escalations, acting as senior advisor and trainer for customer fulfilment colleagues and control key critical activities. Your key responsibilities will be to: Act as a trusted advisor to the Order Management Team on processes that are outside of the standard flow. Involve other stakeholders to ensure impact on E2E process is understood. Support with standardization and automation. Create new Process Maps and SOPs and support Order Management team with training and implementation of new processes. Monitor E2E process and analyze data and develop relevant reports. Identify and manage opportunities to improve processes and Customer Experience through data.…
