Your new job | About your main responsibilities As a Senior People Consultant, you’ll be part of the People Consulting team. In our team we focus on the following competencies: Change Management, HR Transformation, Leadership & Culture, HR Technology, Talent & Skills and AI Adoption & AI for HR. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Working on people-led transformations from design and planning through implementation, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams Preparing client workshops and assisting in facilitating, focused on for example, stakeholder engagement, transformation vision, change impact analyses, and leadership alignment Building strong relationships with the client and proactively maintaining and strengthening these relationships.…
