Your new job | About your main responsibilities As a Senior Consultant Digital HR, you’ll be part of the People Consulting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Guiding clients through digital HR transformations Working alongside clients and leading project workstreams from planning through implementation with your team. Analyzing the customer requirements concerning the design of HR systems and challenging the customer where necessary. Analyzing and optimizing HR processes. Applying change management and project management practices. Preparing and facilitating client workshops that bring HR technology to life. Contributing to generating profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting client relationships.…
