Your new job | About your main responsibilities As a Commercial Due Diligence team member you’ll conduct market research, interview industry participants, meet with company executives, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, and participate in client discussions. Your main activities will include: Support development of commercial strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer & competitor research, macroeconomic forecasting and portfolio optimization Review and manage deal documents to identify critical commercial issues and risks related to a proposed transaction Work in project teams to deliver high quality output that addresses our client’s most pressing challenges and questions Perform commercial analyses and translate findings into recommendations, being able to…
