About the Role Tebi is entering its scale-up phase of growth: opening new entities, launching new (financial) products and growing fast. Our Finance team is looking for a new member with 2-4 years of experience who will help build processes and structure to take us further, contribute towards a successful first-year audit in 2027 and help drive our growth. You will play a key role in our financial close and reporting, help lay the groundwork for the control framework, and support new entities as we open them. We’re looking for someone who thrives in an unstructured environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is passionate about automation to make finance run smarter.
