This role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Owns end-to-end delivery accountability across all squad workstreams and applications — from technical architecture and Kanban flow through to production deployment. Manages cross-app dependencies, leads the technical shift strategy, and is the single project management interface with head of unit and senior management.
