Provide accurate support and advice on travel-related topics, including passports, visas, travel insurance, and international regulations. Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and car rentals. Organize transportation to and from airports, racetracks, or other venues. Handle travel-related issues, including changes, conflicts, complaints, and cancellations. Ensure clear and timely communication to all Team Members traveling for both trackside events and business trips.
