The Digital Consulting Architect, CPQ, reporting to the Director, Technology Solutions, plays a critical role in delivering scalable, revenue-driving Quote-to-Cash solutions for Zaelab’s enterprise clients. This role serves as the primary functional and technical authority for CPQ, product configuration, pricing, and ordering workflows across platforms such as ServiceNow (Logik.ai) and adjacent commerce ecosystems. As a trusted advisor, you will lead end-to-end CPQ strategy, architecture, and delivery execution, ensuring solutions are aligned with client revenue models, operational processes, and long-term digital transformation goals.
