About this role Securitas Ireland is seeking an experienced Protective Services Operations Manager (PSOM) to support the delivery of high-quality security services across a portfolio of strategic client account nationwide. This is an operational role, supporting the Protective Services Branch Manager in driving service excellence, employee engagement, compliance, and financial performance. The PSOM will play a critical role in leading and motivating multi-site teams, strengthening client relationships across a number of different client accounts, and ensuring that operational, people, and commercial objectives are consistently achieved in line with Securitas’ values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
