This is a hybrid management position based in Dublin that will require recruiting for and developing engineers, leading a cross-functional team, as well as rolling up your sleeves and writing code. MongoDB Engineering Leads and Sr Leads are expected to be both people managers and active developers. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.
