THE POSITION: The UKG Pro HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing EVERSANA’s UKG Pro HCM system across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Onboarding modules. This role serves as a subject matter expert for system configuration, troubleshooting, and end‑user support. The position supports HRIS processes for EVERSANA’s global workforce while leading small projects and system enhancements that strengthen system reliability and enable a seamless and consistent employee experience. This role will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and highly reliable employee experience.
