In a nutshell As a IT Knowledge & Documentation Analyst (IT infrastructure analyst) within the IT Knowledge Management team, you will play a key role in improving how knowledge, documentation, and communication are managed across Eurofins IT. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, from technical experts and support engineers to senior IT leadership, to ensure high-quality documentation, knowledge-sharing practices, communication standards, and training initiatives. This role combines business analysis, technical writing, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement in an international IT environment.
