Your tasks At KoRo, our People team is evolving alongside the business — and this role will play a key part in shaping what great People work looks like at scale. As our People Strategy & Projects Lead, you’ll work closely with our VP People to build, challenge, improve, and implement strategic People initiatives across the company. This is not a typical HR role. You will work from a project and strategy lens: diagnosing challenges, designing solutions, piloting initiatives, rolling them out, and measuring their impact. Rather than owning one fixed area, you’ll work across a variety of high-impact People topics and help shape scalable processes as KoRo continues to grow.
