We're a fast-growing, VC-backed team serving customers across the US and Europe, and we're now building out our Customer Success function. As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of our most important accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You'll be one of the first hires shaping how we do Customer Success, with real ownership over both the playbook and your commercial results.
